Article 3 – Membership (addition - proposed by John Rohde & Mike Winaught)
B.Categories and Dues
d)Dues for the coming year must be paid no later than December 31st. A $25 late fee will be assessed to all renewing members that pay their dues after this date. Members that join after October 1st will be exempt from paying dues the following year.

Article 3 – Membership (addition - proposed by John Rohde & Wayne Kackley)

E.Guests. AMA members are allowed to fly during three (3) visits to the airfield. After this time, the guest must join the club or cease flying activities at the airfield. This does not pertain to Fun-Flys or Fly-Ins.

Article 5 – Meetings (addition)

Absentee Ballots may be cast by members that know they will be absent from a meeting. The secretary must receive all absentee ballots, in writing, at least five (5) days before the actual vote.

Article 8 – Nominations and Elections (change in italics)

A.Nominations - Shall be made by the Nomination Committee or by individual members following the final report of the Nominating Committee on Election Day. The Chairman of the nominating committee will report the names of all nominees at the September and October meetings.
